The staff was friendly and really tried to help out. The staff really tried to help with the problem; the sad thing is that in that late hour they really couldn't help as much as was needed.

I didn't like anything about the hotel The room didn't look how it was advertised online and has a roach smell.

Honestly, I was very tired when I arrived and needed to get some sleep (right away). By accident, when I booked the room online, I had requested a smoking room. The staff was very patient and kind and was able to get me into a nonsmoking room.

The property was not hard to find the only issue I had was the door stuck and was not easy to open . Was on ground level could see individual pass by door or window.
